BEFORE YOU REACH OUT
What we're looking for
- 18 or older, and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willing to complete pre-licensing training (we guide you through it)
- Can commit a few dependable hours per week
- Coachable, and genuinely ready to learn something new
- Comfortable having honest conversations with people
